We are seeking an HR Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Administer benefits, leaves, and statutory requirements.
- Support employee relations, engagement, and performance processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training, development, and HR programs.
- Prepare HR reports and respond to employee queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience across recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Preferred: HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, or local equivalent), familiarity with local labor regulations, experience with end-to-end recruitment.
